How do you compile your databases?
We build our databases from multiple public sources of information including business magazines, newsletters and through internet research. We also receive a daily feed of company registrations from Companies House so you can be the first to reach new companies. Through quality control, work checks and extensive training every one of our researchers has the experience and ability to ensure that our customers get an excellent response rate from their campaigns.
How accurate is your Business database?
As you’ll appreciate, businesses are constantly changing, making it impossible to be 100% accurate all the time. In the real world, people move jobs and change their details. However, we conduct approximately 40,000 phone calls per week to verify the accuracy of our information and to capture additional information. How can I receive my data?
Every mailing list from Infogroup|UK is available in a variety of formats to suit your needs. These include;
- Electronic – Receive your mailing list in Excel or CSV format and import it into your CRM: ACT!, Outlook, Salesforce.com, Goldmine or any other program.
- Business Lists
- Through the website – Once downloaded you can manipulate the data in any way you want, giving you complete control.
- DVD and email
- Mailing labels
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact your representative or call 0800 048 1010. There is a 50% cancellation charge for all orders. You can download your order from your account for 7 days from the date your order was placed.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes we do. If you get over a 15% bounce rate on an email campaign we offer you your money back on those exceeding that amount. On phone numbers we offer money back if over 5% are goneaways and with direct mail we will give you your money back on any goneaways providing you send us the details within 60 days of purchase. Just contact your representative or call 0800 048 1010.
How can I add my business to your database?
Send your details to info@infouk.com . These details should include; Company Name, Contact Name, Job Title, Phone Number, Address and Email.
Do I need to register to use your website?
You can use our website to run counts but you must register to purchase data.
Is your site secure?
Yes, all credit card information entered on our site is sent through a secure connection, using 128-bit encryption.
